Special applications / Special anchors
A tried-and-tested principle – new applications! New applications for quick and reversible anchoring without having to place concrete materials into the ground are constantly being found. As a result, screw anchors with corresponding adaptations are often used today instead of costly concrete foundations.
The advantages of screw anchoring:
- Quick and easy installation
- The anchor can be immediately loaded after it is screwed into the earth
- Low weight in comparison to concrete foundations
- Residue-free removal and recyclability
- High level of flexibility
- Long service life due to hot-dip galvanising
Simply let us know “your” anchoring problem so that we can find a suitable anchoring solution together.
Camping anchors
Areas of use:
Anchoring of tents and gazebos
Applications:
The camping anchor can be used when a standard tent peg does not provide the desired Holding strength.
Advantages:
- Compact and lightweight design ==> yet withstands high extraction forces
Camping anchors
Length | Shaft Ø | Disc | Eyelet | Version | Surface | Item no. | kg/piece |
280 | 6 | 50x1,5 | open | smooth | hot-dip galvanised | 1-225 camping anchor 280 / 50x1,5 / 6 | 0,09 |
Small rod anchors
Areas of use:
Viticulture, orcharding, special crops, tree anchoring, wall trellises
Applications:
- Permanent or temporary anchoring in different types of undisturbed soil, except for rocky soil and bedrock
- Limited use also in heavy soils, insofar as the shaft is not deformed due to torsion during the screwing-in process
- The anchor is screwed in manually by inserting a rod through the eyelet (see also category "Tools/Screwing-in Tools")
Advantages:
- Reusable because the anchor can be screwed out again at the eyelet.
Holding strength:
- 0.3 - 4.9 kN, depending on the type of soil, screw-in depth and disc diameter --> Holding strength table

Langofix special version
Areas of use:
Heavy loads – e.g. for open field photovoltaic plants
Applications:
- Permanent anchoring in different types of undisturbed soil, except for rocky soil and bedrock
Advantages:
- Also suitable for heavy soils
- No deformation of the shaft because the force is transferred by the wrench directly to the disc
- Precise positioning of the anchor because the screwing-in tool directly grips the disc
- Quick installation times!
Holding strength:
3.0 - 30 kN, depending on the type of soil, screw-in depth and disc diameter ==> Holding strength table

Anchoring disc with wire eyelet
Areas of use:
Medium loads – viticulture, special crops, wall trellises
Applications:
- Permanent anchoring in different types of undisturbed soil, except for rocky soil and bedrock
- The anchors cannot be unscrewed after removing the screwing-in wrench
Advantages:
- Precise positioning of the anchor because the screwing-in tool directly grips the disc
- Low transport volume
- Cheap price
Holding strength:
2.7 - 12.0 kN, depending on the type of soil, screw-in depth and disc diameter --> Holding strength table
